When Space is a Challenge
Targeting the gourmet convenience marketplace, Au Bon Pain at the Indianapolis International Airport initially presented a spatial challenge. The circular foot print required us to “think outside the box” in trying to plan for the baking, presentation and sales processes that highlight Au Bon Pain’s breads, sandwiches and soups.
Lesson: Don’t let spatial constraints deter you from exploring the possibilities! The end result could very well land you more value per square foot.
